Grand Master Choung

Tiger was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. He possesses:

  1. an 8th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo

  2. a 7th Degree in Hapkido

  3. a 4th Degree in Haidong- Gumdo

  4. a 1st Degree in Judo

Master Choung is a world renowned expert, a world class coach, and a certified Master with over 40 years of experience!

1977-1981:  Korean President's Cup Gold Medalist

1981 - Ranked Best Competitor in Korea

1981 - Received "Certificate of Decoration" (#221) from the President of Korea, the highest ranking award given to any athlete

1984-1985Head coach for Korean Taekwondo National Champion team at Kyung Hee University.

1985 - Korean National Team Coach (Japan Fuji TV International Demonstration)

1988 - Olympic Demonstration Team Member

1989-1991: Chile National Taekwondo Team Coach

1997 - World All Star Team Head Coach
